Note:  No stationary pangas in the ZTA all day. The Navy warship entered the ZTA at about 10:45 and stayed there next to possibly buoy tender which was possibly dropping concrete blocks. They stayed there until about 14:50. Nothing else in the ZTA after 11am and no other activity in the evening.

We were anchored near San Felipe port for most of the day.

The moment at 11:30 when the Navy warship and possibly buoy tender was in the same area of the ZTA.
