During the night we experienced rough weather, with winds of more than 30kt. In the morning the state of the sea improved, but it was still rough for pangas. We just saw a trawler in the ZTA transiting to the north. Around 16:00 we spotted a panga crossing the ZTA, but they stopped inside at the north border and started pulling a net. We contacted the Navy; in the meantime the panga finished retrieving the net, moved to another net that had flags in the water but then they moved again to the position of the first net. The conditions were not good, with winds up to 20kt and the sun setting. A Navy vessel defender arrived at 18:30 when it was already dark and they had difficulties finding the panga, as they had no lights on. The panga left shortly before 19:00 and the defender as well, but another Navy vessel Interceptor arrived to patrol the area.
