Today the only pangas seen in the ZTA were transiting between San Felipe and the northeast area of the Vaquita Refuge. The ones that were relatively close to our boat when crossing were seen with fishing gear on board (floats with flags) on board. A Navy warship was anchored in the ZTA last night and started moving around 6:30, transiting around the ZTA during the day. One Interceptor also came out to patrol around 17:00.
