Today we experienced winds to up to 30 knots in the morning; the sea conditions were not good for pangas to fish, and accordingly we saw no one in the ZTA and neither outside in the surrounding areas. A Navy vessel defender was seen around 13:30 in the buffer zone of the ZTA, and stayed there until 17:00 when they approached to the center area and then left to San Felipe. The warship Vallarta entered the ZTA at 17:30 and stayed in the center area.
