This morning around 7:00 a group of pangas got close to the borderline of the ZTA in the north area. As we started to get close to the point, a large number of pangas arrived to the area. 9 were inside of the ZTA and around 20 in the buffer zone, all of them in a relatively small area. Around 7:20 we sent the drone and the report to the navy, we got closer and most of the pangas started to go away, but about 4 stayed inside the area pulling corvina nets. We also sent a SITREP and waited for the navy response. They arrived around 9:00 and started to send them out of the ZTA

The nets of the fishing boats were really packed with fish, they might had left the nets the night before, because about 4 of them were really full of fishes, when most of the other had just some pairs. Around 10:00 the navy finished the talk with the pangas in the ZTA and half hour later the Buque Escobedo arrived in the area. They went out for some time until 12:30 when 2 new pangas went inside the ZTA and started fishing, 10 minutes later the navy answered sending a boat and 10 minutes later the pangas were sent away of the ZTA.

After that, some pangas went again to the buffer zone around 5 pm, but the ZTA stayed empty and just a couple of pangas crossed the area non stopping.
