Early this morning we experienced winds above 20 knots. At 7:00 we saw two small boats crossing the ZTA towards the north; the type of boat indicated that they were probably divers. One hour later, we spotted two small boats crossing the buffer zone and outside in the Vaquita Refuge area heading to San Felipe, which were most likely the same two small boats.
One Navy vessel was seen going from San Felipe to the anchored warship in the north corner of the buffer zone and back at noon. The Navy speedboat patrolled the ZTA during the late afternoon. In the evening there was some small boats going north of the Vaquita Refuge.
