During the night there was some small boat activity outside the ZTA in the south area; at 4:00 one of them crossed to the northwest. Several small dive boats started to gather in the central part of the ZTA in the morning and stayed there until early afternoon. The last one left right after 16:00. During the evening there were some small boats going to the north of the Vaquita Refuge; one of them was seen with nets on board.
