The Seahorse entered the ZTA right before 6:00 and headed to San Felipe to pick up crew members. During the early morning, some small boats were seen fishing near San Felipe or crossing to the north of the Vaquita Refuge.
No activity was seen in the ZTA and the surrounding areas for the rest of the day. During the night 5 small boats were seen stationary west outside of the ZTA.
