The Seahorse entered the ZTA right before 3:00 and proceeded to start monitoring the area.
During the morning we saw some small boats crossed the buffer zone heading north; a couple of them seemed to have flags on board (markers for nets). Some minutes before 21:00 we saw a small boat in the southwest area in the buffer zone retrieving a net and we contacted the Navy; they arrived to the location two hours later but the panga was on their way back to San Felipe.
No small boats were seen today inside the ZTA.
