During the morning, some diver small boats crossed the buffer zone to the north, and one stayed in the ZTA until probably the early afternoon. At noon went north of the ZTA and we were able to spot about 20 small boats grouped in the northern part of the Vaquita Refuge; we saw that at least a few of them were divers. During the evening several small boats were seen coming from that area heading back to San Felipe.

The Navy vessel defender was seen patrolling the border of the ZTA and the buffer zone during the morning and afternoon.

During the night, several small boats gathered in the southwest outside the ZTA.
