At midnight there were some small boats in the southwest outside the ZTA. From 6:00 to the late afternoon some divers were seen in the center of the ZTA, and some other divers were seen crossing the ZTA and buffer zone back to San Felipe. After 20:00, some small boats gathered in the southwest outside the ZTA, and one was confirmed fishing using the drone.
