During the night there were the same small boats seen in the southwest outside the ZTA. Early in the morning some divers started to arrive at the center of the ZTA and they mostly left in the early afternoon. The small boats seen in the buffer zone were all crossing to San Felipe.

In the evening up to 10 small boats were seen in the southwest outside the ZTA.
