We arrived at the ZTA shortly before 6:00. All day there was strong wind and swell, and no presence of small fishing boats stationary inside the ZTA. During the morning one small boat started crossing the ZTA and then came back to San Felipe.
The Navy warship and defender were patrolling the ZTA during the afternoon.
At night, some small fishing boats were seen stationary in the southwest and northwest outside the ZTA.
