Total number of different small fishing boats fishing today in the ZTA Buffer Zone: 1.
During the first hours of the night the same small boats from yesterday were in the southwest and northwest area outside the ZTA.
There was strong wind and swell during all day. From 13:00 to 19:00 the Seahorse left the ZTA to make a crew change, and then returned to monitor the area.
During the morning we saw some small fishing boats leave San Felipe towards the North direction.
Just before 22:00 a small fishing boat entered the Buffer Zone and we headed in that direction. Using the drone we saw them pulling a net and contacted the Navy, that arrived 40 minutes after. After talking with the Navy, at 22:55 the small fishing boat started to leave the area.
