From 6:00 to shortly after 12:00, a group of 6 small boats in collaboration with CONANP were looking for ghost nets along the northeast line of the buffer zone; during those hours they went all up and down following the buffer zone line.

During the morning there was also a group of up to 3 small diver boats in the center of the ZTA, the last one left just after 15:00. The Navy interceptor was seen patrolling the ZTA around 11:00.

At dawn some small boats were seen stationary in the southwest outside the ZTA, including one that stayed in the Buffer Zone for about an hour.
