We began Milagro X today when we entered the ZTA at 15:00. Small boat activity observed during the day hours was of small boats crossing inside the ZTA. Before 20:00 an increase in small boat crossing was seen in the radar when 2 small boats crossed north and 2 different small boats crossed south.
