As of today, we added the future expansion of the ZTA to our map (in orange in Figure 2) and modified the Buffer Zone to the north and east sides.
In the early morning some small boats were seen south of the ZTA in the Vaquita Refuge. Small diver boats began to gather shortly before 7:00; eight were spotted before we headed to Puerto Peñasco for a medical emergency.
