We arrived at the ZTA at midnight. Activity in the area started early; the first target was spotted at 5:00, and diver boats arrived at the center of the ZTA after 6:00. There was a maximum of nine and they left the area after 16:00, when there were many small boats returning to San Felipe.
During the morning about 8 small boats crossed the ZTA heading northeast – east.
A Navy vessel Interceptor was seen patrolling the area during the late morning and early afternoon.
