Today the weather conditions were rough, especially during the morning, and we saw no small boats in the area until the afternoon. At 7:00 we spotted one small boat with no nets on board anchored in the Vaquita Refuge south of the ZTA; after some minutes they picked up their anchor and left. At 15:00 we spotted a small boat in the southeast area of the ZTA, which moved outside when we started approaching them.
During the evening some small boats were seen south of the ZTA.
