During the night there was small boat activity in the Vaquita Refuge outside of the ZTA to the south-southeast. The group of diver boats today was a maximum of six and they stayed from a bit after 7:00 until 15:00.
At 7:00 we spotted a small boat in the south line of the ZTA Extension, in the center part. It was believed to be fishing and confirmed about 15 min later after we sent the drone and saw they were retrieving a shrimp net. The Navy was contacted and they replied 5 minutes later, but never arrived to the area. The small boat finished retrieving their net and left towards San Felipe at 7:55.
Small boat activity increased around 20:00 in the southwest and northeast areas of the Vaquita Refuge.
