Diver boats started to arrive at the center of the ZTA shortly before 7:00. There was a maximum of 8 and the last ones left the area at 15:20.
During the late evening and night there was small boat activity towards the southwest outside of the ZTA in front of San Felipe.
At 21:45, a small boat was seen entering the ZTA extension. The drone confirmed they were fishing, and the Navy was contacted shortly after. By 23:00, two other small boats were observed inside the extension fishing. Half and hour later, one of the small boats left and the last two remaining small boats retrieved and left the extension an hour later.
