Who We Are
Sea Shepherd Conservation Society is a foreign nongovernmental organization and legal person of private law, incorporated under the laws of the United States, whose main objective is the conservation of marine species. Sea Shepherd cooperates in Ecuador under the Basic Agreement for Technical Cooperation and Operation, signed with the Government of Ecuador in 2007 and renewed in 2009, as recorded in Official Gazette No. 85 dated December 10, 2009.
Mission
Cooperating in the conservation of natural protected areas and the protection of Galapagos marine life, in the context of the national environmental planning.
Vision
Being an effective and expert organization in the conservation of Galapagos marine life, through international cooperation.
