A NOTE FROM OUR LEADERSHIP

What your support made possible

Dear Ann and Gordon Getty Foundation, thank you for backing the work that keeps Sea Shepherd effective across multiple frontlines at once. Your support sustains the crews, equipment, and readiness required to remain where threats are most urgent and to respond as new threats emerge.

In Mexico, your support strengthens sustained protection in the Vaquita Refuge and the work that follows from it, including Sea Lion rescues tied directly to the illegal totoaba net trade. It also supports our permanent presence off Scorpion Reef, where consistent monitoring and rapid response help deter illegal activity and protect a vital marine reserve.

At the same time, your support helps power our work in Greece confronting illegal octopus trapping, maintains pressure in the Faroe Islands through evidence gathering and public accountability, and keeps Sea Shepherd active in Antarctica, exposing industrial krill operations threatening entire ecosystem of the Southern Ocean.

This level of sustained, multi-campaign capacity is made possible by your support. We are grateful for your partnership in keeping Sea Shepherd on the water, in the air, and on the record wherever marine wildlife is under threat.
