Due to the bad weather conditions, on the 21 of march and the first ten hours of the 22 of march, we were drifting outside of the ZTA.
Table 1 Small fishing boat counting done on the 22 th of march from 10:00 to 20:00 with radar observations, visual confirmation, and photography. The hours not represented in this table correspond to hours when no boats were seen in the ZTA or outside.
No boats were detected inside or outside of the ZTA, and there were rough weather conditions during the day, which resulted in the lack of fishing boats.
