During the night some small boats were seen crossing the ZTA going back to San Felipe. We left the ZTA and went in front of San Felipe from 06:00 to 07:00 due to unforeseeable circumstances. During the day there was large swell and the San Felipe harbor was closed after 12:00. In the afternoon some small boats were spotted on the radar in the bay in front of San Felipe, and by the evening we saw other in the northwest area. At night, two Navy Interceptors patrolled the west of the Vaquita Refuge confiscating two totoaba nets.
