During the early hours of the night there were some small boats in the northwest area of the Vaquita Refuge. After 6:00 several small boats crossed the area heading north, staying in the Vaquita Refuge or the Extension. During the afternoon, a small boat was stationary for 4 hours in the Buffer Zone.
Shortly before 19:00, a small boat was seen stationary inside the ZTA. We got closer and confirmed they were fishing about 30 minutes later, with nets on the water and sierra fish on the boat. We contacted the Navy and they intercepted the small boat when they were leaving around 20:50.
