No activity was seen during the night. The swell increased during the early morning hours, and by we were in front of San Felipe to drop off a crew member. After 9:00 small boats started to leave San Felipe and gathered in the northwest area of the Vaquita Refuge, with a maximum of 22 observed. At 12:00 we spotted a couple of targets in the center area of the ZTA, and after we approached, we saw they were diver boats.
No observations were made from 5:00 to 7:00 and from 15:00 to 16:00.
